It gets into the science behind inflammatory foods and foods that make us tired, give us poor immune systems, and and other chronic ailments and common diseases. I have about four of his books. There is a guide to supplements and herbs, as well as an Encyclopedia of health complaints and protocols to heal each one. I also have the pocket guide for my blood type diet ; ) This diet helped me to be able to sleep and exercise again, by taking away about 80% of my fibromyalgia related joint pain!!!
