- i am a certified nutrition and lifestyle counselor. I use nutrition for healing, everyday. But, I am finding that this knowledge would be ineffective if I did not use spiritual healing to get better, as well. All of the information for healing is out there. But, how we use it, if we believe we can find it, deserve it and follow through with it, is up to our spirit. So, keeping a strong spirit, for me, is of the utmost importance in my life, for my greatest healing. I heal my spirit daily with prayer, affirmations, MAP, being in nature, remaining heart-centered, dream journaling, listening to my thoughts and body, loving and honoring myself, trusting my intuition, being OK with where I am right now, using the law of attraction, expressing happiness and gratitude, filling my soul with positive teachings, surrounding myself with positive loving, and supportive people, learning and remembering to take the time to dream big and have faith that all of my dreams will come true!
